What to Expect
Each John F. Barnes Myofascial Release® session is a full 60 minutes of individualized, hands-on treatment.
Your first visit begins with a conversation about your concerns, goals, relevant health history, and a thorough physical assessment. Treatment uses gentle, sustained pressure and is guided by your comfort and how your body responds.
There is no predetermined routine. Each session builds on what we learn together.
Consistency can be helpful, particularly when addressing longstanding concerns. We can discuss an appropriate treatment frequency based on your individual needs and progress.

Individual Session — $150
One 60-minute session
3-Session Series — $400
Three 60-minute sessions
6-Session Series — $750
Six 60-minute sessions
12-Session Series — $1,400
Twelve 60-minute sessions
Monthly Memberships
For established clients who have completed a package of three or more sessions, monthly memberships offer a flexible way to continue care.
Monthly Wellness — $135/month
One 60-minute session per month.
Continued Care — $250/month
Two 60-minute sessions per month.
Both memberships include:

Automatic monthly billing

Unused sessions roll over for one additional month

Prepaid sessions remain available until their expiration dates

Memberships can be canceled before the next billing date.

Payment & Insurance
Key City Myofascial Release is a private-pay practice and does not bill or accept insurance.
Payment is accepted by credit or debit card, cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and most HSA/FSA cards.
A superbill can be provided upon request. Because I do not diagnose medical conditions, superbills do not include a diagnosis code. Clients seeking reimbursement should confirm their insurance provider's requirements before scheduling.
