Scheduling Tips

 

New Clients

Myofascial Release is not a “one and done” treatment. In the beginning, repetition is key to creating lasting change in the body.

I recommend starting with weekly sessions for the first six weeks. This gives us a strong foundation to begin meaningful work. During this time, we’ll assess your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed.

To avoid long gaps between sessions, I strongly encourage booking your full six sessions in advance. You’re never locked in—you can always cancel or reschedule if needed—but having them on the calendar ensures consistency and momentum.

If you'd prefer to start with just one session, that’s completely fine. Just note that your next available appointment may be several weeks out.

For Wellness & Relaxation

If you’re booking for general wellness, stress relief, or simply to experience Myofascial Release, you’re welcome to schedule sessions as needed. There’s no pressure—come when it feels right for you.

Current Clients
